This is easy: Yummy, looks lovely in the centre of a plate, surrounded by roasted vegetables.
We recommend sweet potato and carrots, colours and flavours very attractive.
Step 1
Rub Olive Oil on to the skin of the Rack of lamb, Add crushed black pepper until well coated.
Step 2
Cook for 45 minutes at temp, 5 Gas (200°) until pink, let it sit for 5 minutes. (Cook a little longer if you’re not into pink!)
Tip: Always make sure to have lamb out of the fridge 1 hour at room temperature, before cooking.
