Chunky Chops – Kilmullen Friday Night Fix!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Chopes

Instructions

Step 1

Heat some Olive oil in a pan; Add in chops, with a touch of freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Step 2

Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning once, depending on your taste, they take minutes.

Step 3

Serve with new potatoes or a selection of roasted vegetables, lovely with sweet potato.

The chops will be very sweet to taste.
Open a bottle of red wine to complement the meal.
Friday night is complete!
